Your Burial Plan is operated for insurance purposes by 1300 Rollins LLC. This page explains how to ask us to contact you, exactly what you are agreeing to, and how to stop the messages at any time.
How to opt in
Open the chat window in the corner of this page, enter your name and mobile phone number, and check the consent box shown there. That is the only place on this page where you can sign up for text messages.
You can also call 1300 Rollins LLC directly at (602) 935-4986 or email steven@victins.com. Contacting us is a request for information. It is not an insurance application, and you are never required to buy anything. Coverage is available to people between 50 and 80 years old.
What you are agreeing to
When you check the consent box, this is the agreement you are giving:
I give my express written consent to receive marketing calls and text messages from Your Burial Plan, operated by 1300 Rollins LLC, and from Steven Easley, a licensed insurance producer, at the phone number I provided, about final expense life insurance. This includes calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS, even if my number is on any state, federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call list. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. My consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and I may revoke it at any time.
The consent box is never checked for you, and you can send your request without agreeing to receive marketing messages.
Text messaging program terms
- Program: Your Burial Plan final expense insurance follow-up, operated by 1300 Rollins LLC.
- Purpose: to respond to your request, arrange a call, and discuss private final expense life insurance options.
- Message frequency: varies based on your request and your replies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text message, or text STOP to (602) 935-4986. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- For help: reply HELP to any text message, call (602) 935-4986, or email steven@victins.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
