Your Burial Plan is a lead-generation website operated by Munka Consulting Group LLC ("Munka," "we," "us," or "our"). Munka is a marketing and lead-generation company. Munka is not an insurance agency, insurance carrier, or licensed insurance producer. Munka does not offer, sell, underwrite, recommend, or issue insurance policies.
If you request a call through this website, your information will be shared with Steven Easley, a licensed insurance producer with Vig Victorium Insurance Group, so he can contact you about private Final Expense insurance options. Steven Easley is the exclusive insurance-producer recipient of leads submitted through this version of the website.

Steven Easley
Steven Easley, a licensed insurance producer with Vig Victorium Insurance Group, is the exclusive insurance-producer recipient of leads submitted through this version of the website. We disclose submitted information to Steven so he can respond to the consumer's request and discuss private Final Expense insurance options.
Service providers
We may use vendors that help us host the website, store data, verify contact information, prevent fraud, deliver messages, operate customer relationship management systems, measure advertising, or provide technical support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to their contractual obligations.
Legal and business requirements
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.
We do not distribute submitted leads to multiple unaffiliated insurance producers. Depending on applicable state privacy law, disclosing a lead to the exclusive recipient in connection with our lead-generation business may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even when no money changes hands at the moment of disclosure.
5. Advertising, cookies, and similar technologies
The production website may use cookies, pixels, server-side events, or similar technologies to operate the site, remember session information, measure advertising, and understand website performance. If these technologies are enabled, this Policy and any required consent or opt-out controls must be updated before launch.
The current frontend prototype is not configured to submit leads and remains disabled at the consent step.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including lead delivery, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To submit a privacy request, email support@munkaconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification requirements.
To stop marketing calls or text messages, reply STOP to a text message when that option is available or tell the caller you no longer wish to be contacted. A request to stop communications does not necessarily delete records we must retain for legal or compliance purposes.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
